The assemblage.
The story of VEVA began in 2004 with the purchase of five functionally obsolete but well-located buildings known as Sentry Park West in Blue Bell. Keystone made numerous upgrades to the property including incorporating solar glass, increasing the amount of parking, and creating unique lobbies and elevator towers.
Fast forward to 2013. Keystone acquired two adjacent buildings, assembled the properties into one campus called VEVA, and executed a series of grand-scale upgrades, integrating modern lifestyle design and inviting common areas with the park’s best-in-class office space.
Building culture.
Included in VEVA’s offerings are: a fully reinvented outdoor plaza; a statement-making boulevard entrance; a unique array of ambient lighting; enhanced connectivity; and, invigorated building entrances and common areas. The complex also features a premium fitness and wellness facility and modern café and lounge.
