Christian manages Keystone’s Florida portfolio comprising 610,000 square feet in Miami-Dade and Boca Raton; however, he’s not a born and raised Floridian. When Christian joined Keystone in 2015, he managed a property in Delaware. When that property sold, Keystone offered a transfer to Miami, and Christian did not hesitate. His 20+ years of real estate management experience covers diverse property types, including office, residential, medical, and retail. And he is well versed in construction management, an expertise that will come in handy when Keystone kicks off the transformation of Dadeland Towers into HYVE, a large-scale, skyline redefining, mixed-use development. Fun fact about Christian: he’s a skilled Lego builder, with sculptures ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 pieces. Perhaps a Lego replica of HYVE is in the works.
