HYVE

HYVE South is a Miami development opportunity aimed at creating the best risk-adjusted return in a fortress location by capitalizing on an office-to-apartment conversion investment strategy. This strategy includes converting HYVE 9400, a 134,698-square-foot office building, into 121 luxury residential units, and transforming HYVE 9500, a 93,752-square-foot office building, into 84 luxury residential units.
