A new center of gravity.

Sora West is a large-scale, multi-faceted development shaped by the collective vision of Conshohocken’s civic leaders, the Montgomery County Redevelopment Authority, and Keystone. As the Borough’s boldest step toward a walkable, energized town center, Sora West marks a pivotal evolution in the region’s urban story.

An HQ that means business.

The 448,000-square-foot Gensler-designed tower is the global headquarters of Cencora, one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in the world. Home to 1,500 associates, the tower is built for connection, with collaborative workspaces, an in-house training facility, a fitness center, and vibrant dining areas.

A landmark returns.

Hotel West & Main, a 127-key Tapestry Collection by Hilton, offers an elevated experience for business travelers and leisure guests. A historic firehouse—originally built in 1877 and reimagined in 2022—serves as the hotel’s main entrance and the backdrop for two distinctive dining destinations. On the ground floor, 1874 Social delivers casual fare in a setting that honors the site’s roots. Upstairs, Hook & Ladder brings a modern gastropub to what was once the firehouse dormitory. Each element is seamlessly integrated into the hotel’s bold, guest-centric design.

Conshy’s new living room.

A central public plaza brings the community together with lush landscaping, flexible seating, and open-air energy. A social anchor in the heart of Sora West, it’s a space designed for everything from large-scale events to solitary escapes.

Level up.

The garage provides 1,500 spaces to Cencora and the community. But it is more than a monolithic parking structure. The glass-enclosed, illuminated stairwell and dynamic lighting features make it a significant architectural element of Sora West.
