Keystone and Borough of Conshohocken formed a public-private partnership to redevelop the former Verizon Building at 400 Fayette Street into a modern office and retail facility. The project involved extensive remediation and renovation to incorporate a new façade, elevators, roof, and building systems. Today the building houses Conshohocken’s Borough Hall, administrative offices, and police headquarters, as well as the administrative offices of the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA and Tower Health Urgent Care.
