Keystone’s footprint in Bala Cynwyd includes 225 City Avenue, a 76,500-square foot building next door to One Belmont. Keystone acquired the property in 2007 and invested $2 million in capital improvements, including: installation of a second passenger elevator, parking lot repaving, façade repair and refacing, common area upgrades, and building systems upgrades.
